Marcus is Franco's cousin. He appears for the first time in Balls and Streaks.
Biography[]
Marcus first appears in Balls and Streaks where Arthur initially doesn't trust him due to him having been arrested before, but after Marcus gives him tickets he got from a friend (later revealed to be Tush) to the Cubs game. Arthur hires him as delivery boy for Superior Donuts. However, since Tush got these from a person in an old RadioShack, they turn out to be worthless. Arthur fires Marcus, but eventually rehires him after Tush tells him that he was the one who gave Marcus the tickets. In Pedal to the Meddle, Marcus quits his job.
